A birthdate gift for a dear acquaintance who got smitten by Kate Beckinsale in Serendipity. ^^

In the movie, Sara Thomas (Kate's character) meets Jonathan Trager (John Cussack) by a "trick of fate". 

Wanting to believe this "trick", Sara asks Jonathan to write his name & phone number on a $5 bill, while she writes her name & number on the inside cover of a copy of Love in the Time of Cholera.
Sara uses the $5 bill to buy a candy, and if they're meant to be together, one day the $5 bill will come back to her and she'll be able to call him. And the book, she'll sell it to the used book store. And let the "trick" work its magic. 

Really, Sara?! Seriously???!!! It's John Cussack, for lust sake! *d'oh...rama*

In the movie, before they exchange their "goodbyes", both of them are enjoying Frrrozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity 3 together.

In the thought that counts scene, I hope that my dear acquaintance will find his own Sara Thomas and both of them can enjoy Frrrozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity 3 just like the movie scene. 

Or, he can just make it by himself. ^^

It's been a while since the last time I blogged.
The last blah that I wrote it was like 5 months ago. (lazy me!!!)
Anyway, I'm so excited to write this blah because, ..., well basically it's just because. :D

For people who know me, know that I have a thing for birthday. Other people's birthday, not my own!
I like to make a birthday present, instead of buy one.
Yeah, I know it's easier and maybe cheaper if I just buy it.
But I'm a sentimental seeker kind of person, I like to make it personal. (blah...blah...blah...!!!) XD

Remember this cutie pie lil' angel, Nahla?
She turned 1 year old on Sept 24th, 2011.
With major help from my neighbour, Tante Rika, we made these as the birthday present for 1-year-old Nahla.
